I support small and medium-sized enterprises as well as start-ups in business development.

My goal is to adapt your business model and align your sales strategies in such a way that you achieve future-proof, long-term, and sustainable growth.

With expertise in customer orientation, digitalization, and the transformation of existing business models and sales processes, I focus on product and customer needs to develop suitable sales and marketing strategies

Interim Management

For interim management, I take on operational tasks during phases of change.

My scope includes sales management, project management, or executive leadership, up to and including business succession.

I offer a tailored support to ensure the smooth and successful continuation of your business.

Based on many years of experience at all levels, I quickly integrate into ongoing operations and implement the desired goals. Having worked in different industries, I understand both the 'traditional' business environment and the digital world.

Supervisory & Advisory Board

As a certified supervisory and advisory board member, I support you in taking your business goals and sales activities to the next level.

It is important to me to make available to you what I learnt from various positions and different types of companies and industries.

I act as a sometimes challenging but supportive sparring partner for you and your management team, bringing success strategies from other industries with an 'outside perspective'.

In doing so, I draw on experience and expertise from corporate, small and mediom enterprise, and start-up environments.

About me

I am an experienced manager and consultant with expertise in sales, business development, and digitalization. 

I have held leadership positions at companies like Microsoft, OSRAM, and Intel. 

My entrepreneurial mindset was shaped early in life by my father’s mid-sized business and the technical background of my parents. 

I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration & Management and have extensive experience in various industries, combining international corporate perspectives with German small & medium enterprise solutions. 

I bring not only the necessary expertise but also enthusiasm and passion to drive your business forward

My approach is to combine technology with human empathy, making innovation accessible where and to the extent that it is necessary and meaningful. I challenge the status quo to promote continuous development.

I firmly believe in people's intrinsic motivation and strive to align product and market needs, sales strategies, and employee actions in the best possible way for your business.
